Returns Policy
1. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS AND RETURNS
1.1 The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods upon delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.
1.2 After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the Contract.
1.3 The Seller agrees to permit the Buyer to return any of the Goods which are not in accordance with the Contract. The Buyer agrees to notify the Seller of any defects in the Goods or the Order within 5 working days of delivery of the Goods and return the rejected Goods within 10 working days of delivery.
1.4 Any items rejected or returned by the Buyer must have been unused while in the possession of the Buyer and such goods must have attached to them the stock number label. The Buyer must also include with the returned goods a letter stating the reason for the return or rejection and a copy of the invoice.
1.5 Upon the Buyer exercising his right of return or rejection the Seller shall be entitled to levy upon the Buyer any handling charge as may be reasonable.
1.6 If the Buyer properly rejects any of the Goods which are not in accordance with the agreement the Buyer shall none the less pay the full price for such goods unless the Buyer promptly gives notice of rejection as aforesaid to the Seller. The Buyer shall be responsible for the cost of returning such items returned or rejected to the Seller. The Seller shall upon its own discretion refund to the Buyer the cost of postage up to a maximum cost of £5.00 per Order.
2. NEW DEALERS OF CUSTOMER
New Dealers or Customers will be granted 30 days accounts at the Seller's discretion otherwise payment is required by Credit/Debit Card or cheque which must be received and cleared by the Seller prior to despatch of the Goods.
