• • How do I place an order?
    • You may order direct from us - please telephone our sales office 0800 917 9937. Lines are open Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays.
  • Do the prices include VAT?
    • Yes, all prices quoted on our site are inclusive of VAT.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept most major credit/debit cards.
  • What delivery service do you offer?
    • We use Parcelforce courier service and offer 3 choices of service. £7 - Standard service - delivery usually within 2-3 working days. £10 - 24 hour service, Monday to Friday (not guaranteed). Your parcel does require a signature as proof of delivery. We despatch within the UK including the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, North & South Ireland, and Channel Islands only.
  • How long does it take for my order to be despatched?
    • In stock items - order placed up to 4pm usually despatched same day/next day (Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays) Out of stock items. You have 2 choices Standard order service - allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from time of placing the order, goods sent out on standard service. Urgent order - there is a charge of £15 for this service. Delivery usually 7-10 working days - goods sent out on 24 hour service.
  • What is your returns policy?
    • In addition to your statutory rights, you have 15 days to approve any new goods we send to you. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, please telephone us on 0800 917 9937 for a return reference number. The goods must be as new with any original labels attached. A full refund will be made (less postage). All returned items will be inspected on receipt and postage up to £6 may be refunded on items with a manufacturing fault. An admin fee for returned goods is £6.50 per order. See our terms & conditions.
  • I have re-sprayed my bike, and want a tank cover to match the new colour, is this possible?
    • Yes, Baglux will send you a special order form and some colour swatches so that you may choose the closest match. As this cover will be specially made for you, it will cost more than the standard colours. Once you have agreed the colour (s), and the order has been placed, it is non-returnable.
  • Can Baglux make a seat cover in my choice of colours and design?
    • No, we are distributors and are not involved in manufacturing. Bagster design a good range of decorative seat covers to co-ordinate with your bike.
  • Do you have tank covers for older bikes?
    • Yes we have tank covers listed for models from late 1960's. Please telephone our sales office 0800 917 9937 for more information or see the catalogue on www.bagster.com.
  • Are the tank bags a universal fit?
    • No. There are 2 styles - road bike bags and trail bike bags. Most bikes will take the road bike bags, but those with a shorter tank e.g. Africa Twin, Triumph Tiger, F650GS take the trail bike bags.
  • Can I fit one of the larger bags on my BMW R1200GS?
    • We recommend the smaller bags for this model, because of the shape of the tank.
  • Do you sell magnetic bags?

  • I have lost a strap from my tank cover, can I get a replacement?
    • Yes, we carry a full range of spares.
  • How do I choose an apron for my scooter?
    • Aprons (and handlebar muffs) are generally model specific. Please telephone our sales office 0800 917 9937 for more information.
  • Do the dealers on your list carry a full range of your products?
    • This is not possible, as there are over 4000 products listed for at least 450 different bikes/scooters. However, these dealers will have examples on display, and can usually advise you on the best choice of Baglux products for your bike.
  • What is the difference between ex-demo and clearance items?
    • Ex-demo stock has been used, and clearance stock is new.
  • What is the difference between seatsters and comfort seats?
    • The seatster is a complete new seat, available for a choice of models. The comfort seat is a modification of your own seat base so it is possible for most seat bases to be modified into a comfort seat.
