1. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address when entering the competition.

 

2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

 

3. The competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas players are not eligible.

 

4. If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your Parent/Guardian before entering.

 

5. The prizewinners will be selected at random from the entries, and contacted by Baglux UK Ltd. The company's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the winners will be contacted personally.

 

6. Prizes must be taken as offered. There are no cash alternatives.

 

7. The Company do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

 

8. No responsibility is accepted for invalid entries or entries made fraudulently.

 

9. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Baglux UK Ltd or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.

 

10. The company's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above.

 

11. Baglux UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

 

12. Entrants will be deemed to accept these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

 

13. Baglux UK Ltd will use the information you provide to run and improve this site. We would also like to use your details to inform you of services, products and events that we believe will interest you and to conduct research ourselves or by agents.
