Warning: Remember that the apron may change your way of riding and the road-holding of your scooter. You should reduce your riding speed when using it.

Fitting Instructions

Standard Aprons: Start by fixing the strap around the steering column. Fold the apron so that the aluminised fabric part (grey) is on the engine side. Stretch downwards with the eyelets laced by the footrests. Fix to the top part of the engine block, either on a fixed part of the bike that is not exposed to heat or on either side of the bike (depending on the model).

Custom Aprons: Each apron is specific to the Scooter. Use the anchorage points detailed in the instructions. Stretch the straps fully so that the main seam runs along the fairings. Baglux now lists fitting instructions for popular scooters online.

Maintenance

Products are made in a coated PVC cloth; only use soapy water with a soft brush and a sponge. Do not use any detergents nor abrasive products. Keep away from any source of heat. Regularly spray the seams with waterproofing products.
